Group Coaching Programme Details: Start Date: January 8th Duration: 6 weeks Format: 4 live group coaching sessions (1.5 / 1 hour each) held online, with playback available if you can’t attend live What You’ll Experience: Over the course of 6 weeks, you’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery, goal-setting, and transformation. Here’s a detailed breakdown of what we’ll cover each week: Week 1: Self-Awareness & Goal Setting Focus: Clarifying your purpose, passions, and direction in life. Key Elements: Identify the limiting beliefs and self-sabotage habits that are holding you back. Establish clear, actionable goals for your personal and professional life. Experience transformation techniques. Learn how to release self-sabotage and negative thought patterns. Week 2: Removing Resistance to Change * Focus: Understanding and shifting your resistance to change. * Key Elements: * Explore why change can feel difficult and why we often resist it. * Learn powerful techniques to release and shift this resistance. * Work through and dissolve self-limiting beliefs. Week 3: Continued Support & Accountability * Focus: Building momentum towards your goals and overcoming obstacles. * Key Elements: * Access toolkits and supporting recordings to guide your continued growth. * Engage in check-ins and accountability communication to stay on track. Week 4: Setting Yourself Up for Success * Focus: Shifting your mindset and reinforcing new habits. * Key Elements: * Learn models and techniques to shift your mindset for success and long-term change. * Create a personalised plan for achieving your goals while enhancing your well-being. * Rewire your brain for success and positive outcomes through mental rehearsal and visualisation. Week 5: Ongoing Support & Accountability Week 6: Life Transformation * Focus: Embedding transformation * Key Elements: * Create a comprehensive plan to live as your "Super Self". * Set short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals for sustained success. * Use mental rehearsal to create new neural pathways that support your vision. * Guided meditation to embed change
