I work with people who sense there is more for them - more confidence, clarity and energy - even if they’re not quite sure how to access it.

Many feel anxious, low in confidence, or disconnected from who they really are, despite life looking “fine” on the outside. This work helps you reconnect with the real you - easing stress, rebuilding confidence and creating clarity about what’s next, so you can move forward with renewed energy and enjoyment.

My approach combines psychology, hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching, alongside decades of leadership experience. It’s informed by neuroscience, guided by strong intuition, and focused on creating meaningful change without forcing or fixing.

This is for people who are tired of living in their own head, constantly doubting themselves, inner critic, and never quite feeling good enough.

Single Sessions & Booster Sessions- Focused 1:1 support

​

For targeted support, a confidence boost, or help with something specific.

​

Single sessions are suitable for:

  • confidence or mindset resets

  • working through a specific fear or block

  • breaking unhelpful habits or patterns

  • booster sessions for existing clients

For a first session, it's 1.5 hours - follow up can be one hour and additional sessions can be booked if needed.
