This masterclass is here to support you whether you’re navigating anxiety yourself, or supporting your child through it. Inside, you’ll learn simple, practical tools you can use in the moment to help calm anxiety and feel more in control. These are the same tools I use with clients, adapted so they work for both parents and children including variations for teens and younger children. You don’t need to take everything in at once. Just take what feels helpful, and come back to this whenever you need. Even one small shift can make a big difference.
