Service Description
Rest & Restore An immersive evening of voice, drumming, gong and sound. Life can feel relentless. We're constantly thinking, planning, juggling responsibilities and moving from one thing to the next, leaving very little time to simply pause. This immersive evening has been created as an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and give yourself permission to slow down. Using the gentle power of voice, rhythmic drumming, the resonance of the gong and carefully selected sound, you'll be guided into a deeply restorative state where both mind and body can begin to unwind. This isn't about achieving anything. It's about letting go. Allowing your nervous system to settle. Giving your body the space to rest. Leaving feeling lighter, calmer and more connected to yourself. Throughout the evening you'll simply lie back, get comfortable and allow the sounds to gently guide you into a place of deep relaxation. Many people describe feeling as though they've had hours of restorative sleep, leaving with a quieter mind, a lighter body and a renewed sense of calm. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed, mentally busy, emotionally drained or simply longing for some time for yourself, this is your invitation to pause, breathe and recharge. During the evening you'll experience: • Gentle voice guidance to help quiet a busy mind • Rhythmic drumming to encourage deep relaxation • Immersive gong and sound to soothe body and mind • A calming space to switch off from the outside world • Time to simply rest, reset and restore You'll leave feeling calmer, grounded, refreshed and ready to step back into life with greater ease.
