A live online masterclass where you will learn simple tools to reduce stress and anxiety for yourself, plus child and teen-friendly versions to help you support them at home. Calm anxiety and stress in minutes, for you and your child. Join me live on Wednesday 1 April at 6pm for a powerful 60 minute online masterclass where I will teach you 4 to 5 simple, effective tools to help you move from overwhelm, stress and fight, flight or freeze into calm in minutes. These are the same kinds of tools I use in my 1 to 1 sessions and corporate wellbeing workshops to help people regulate stress, calm anxiety and feel more in control fast.
