Helping children and teens feel calmer, more confident, and emotionally resilient through supportive, creative, and empowering sessions.

A different approach for young minds...

When a child or teen is struggling, whether with confidence, anxiety, worries, low mood, school pressures, or big emotions, it can be hard to know how best to support them.

Traditional “talking therapy” isn’t always the right fit. Many children don’t want to sit and talk about how they feel. Teens often shut down or don’t know where to begin.

​

That’s why the way I work is completely different.

​

I use a gentle, engaging combination of:
* Creative play
* Mindset & NLP tools

* Emotional regulation techniques
*  Confidence-building activities
* Hypnotherapy and guided calm work

My sessions feel safe, fun, expressive, and empowering giving young people practical tools they can use for life.

​

For Children (approx. 6–11):

​

Designed for children who:

  • Struggle with big emotions

  • Feel anxious or unsure of themselves

  • Get overwhelmed easily

  • Find it hard to talk about their feelings

  • Need support with confidence, calm, or resilience

  • Benefit from hands-on, creative, playful learning

  • Are neurodivergent or thrive in non-traditional support environments

For Teens (approx. 12–17):

​

Designed for teens who experience:

  • Anxiety or constant worrying

  • Exam stress or academic pressure

  • Low mood or low confidence

  • Social anxiety

  • Difficulty managing emotions

  • Negative thinking patterns

  • Struggles with motivation or belief in themselves

The sessions for Children:

​

Children learn best when they feel safe, relaxed, and engaged so my sessions include creative activities such as:

  • Drawing, colouring, or creative prompts

  • Decorating or choosing “calm pebbles”

  • Building with blocks or sensory items

  • Creating collages or confidence boards

  • Working with textures, shapes, patterns, movement

  • Story-based tools and metaphor play

While they play, we weave in:

  • Emotional regulation tools

  • Confidence-building NLP techniques

  • Breathing practices

  • Positive mindset patterns

  • Tools for calming big feelings

  • Creative ways to express thoughts safely

​

It feels like fun, but it gives them skills for life.

​

Children leave the sessions feeling:

  • Equipped with tools they can use at home or school

Optional Hypnotherapy for children:

​

For habits, confidence, sleep, calm, or specific fears, hypnotherapy can be blended into sessions or created as a gentle personalised audio recording for bedtime.

For Teens - Mindset and Confidence coaching with optional Hypnotherapy

​

Teenagers need a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported without pressure or judgment.

​

These sessions blend:

  • Mindset coaching

  • Confidence strategies

  • Emotional regulation tools

  • Positive psychology

  • NLP techniques

  • Exam performance techniques

  • Hypnotherapy (in person or recorded)​

This approach helps with:

  • Anxiety

  • Low mood

  • Exam stress

  • Self-esteem

  • Overthinking

  • Negative self-talk

  • Fear of failure

  • Social worries

Session 1 - Understanding and settling in

​

  • Gentle introduction

  • Confidence-building strategy to take home

Session 2 - Building their toolkit 

  • More creative or mindset work

  • Anchoring calm and confidence

  • Tools tailored to their current challenges

  • Parents receive a simple summary of what to practice

​

Session 3 - Deepening the work (hypnotherapy optional)

  • Guided relaxation or optional hypnotherapy 

  • Confidence and emotional resilience work

  • Tools for school/social settings

  • Personalised recording created if needed

​

Session 4 - 6 - Strengthening confidence and embedding change 

  • Continued creative or coaching work

  • Practical strategies for anxiety, stress, confidence, exams

  • Sessions become progressively empowering and structured

  • Teens set goals; children build confidence through play

​

  • One-to-one 45 min creative play or mindset sessions (in person or Zoom) 

  • NLP + emotional regulation tools

  • Optional hypnotherapy (in person or personalised recordings)

  • Parent check-in after each session (brief summary)

  • Optional 6-session package for deeper transformation but also single sessions.

£65 per session in person, £55 online. ​
