What happens at the sound event?

You don't need to do anything, you'll be guided through it all - you'll shift into the rest, restoration, relaxing state through my voice (guided meditation) and the frequency and vibration from the gong.

You'll be laying down with your eyes closed if you feel comfortable to do so - all you need to do is relax and listen and feel the vibrations of the sounds.

I'll be using my voice and words to guide you into relaxation first (a guided meditation), and then we'll move on to sound therapy through listening and feeling the vibrations of the gong.

Certain rhythms and frequencies help shift you from a sympathetic (fight/flight/freeze) state into a more relaxed, restorative and healing mode - and I'll be using those frequencies, words and tone to help you relax and restore your mind and body.

What to expect:

The group can sit or lie down. We begin with grounding and breath work, and a guided meditation followed by an immersive sound experience.

The vibration and sound of the gong encourages theta and delta brainwave states, heart and brain coherence for optimal wellbeing.
