If you feel like you're meant for more... You're right.

I don’t remember there being a significant moment when I felt like I was meant for more, it was more like a nagging feeling. I ignored this for many years, until I couldn’t ignore it anymore because I was at the point of burnout.
I was so stressed, not enjoying life but also I felt so guilty as on paper I had so much to be thankful for - the corporate job, the family life, the house, a nice car.
The feeling turned to a voice telling me “This isn’t the life I was meant to live.”
I pushed this away for so long. On paper, it all looked more than fine and I had worked so hard to get to this point. But deep down, I felt really low, disconnected, exhausted and living a life that just didn’t seem to fit.
I had become so used to pushing through, people-pleasing, achieving, DOING… that I couldn’t even hear my own thoughts anymore. I didn’t take the time to listen to what I needed.
I can describe my life at the time like I was standing on a noisy, chaotic high street with people rushing past, traffic blaring, the constant pressure to keep moving, keep going, hustle and grind.
You’re on the busy street, exhausted and overwhelmed, and yet… I could see a beautiful little boutique shop. Inside, it’s quiet, it’s calm and peaceful. There’s light, space, and a feeling of deep alignment.

I could see the version of me that lives in there — confident, fulfilled, doing work that matters, making a difference in the world, fully alive. It’s the life I knew I was meant to be living. But I had no idea how to get in the shop, or what it looked like when I got in there. I didn’t even know where the door was or the key!
So, I stayed on the pavement for a long time, just looking in. Feeling like my life was behind a glass wall and I didn’t know what it would feel like to just step the other side of the wall and finally claim that life.
And that’s one of the hardest parts of feeling misaligned as you know there’s more to life, but you can’t quite name it.You feel the pull toward something bigger but you don’t know the steps. You want to create impact, help others, live fully but you doubt whether you’re good enough to do that.
For me, it was seeing a NLP masterclass in my social media feed one day that literally was the catalyst to changing my life and getting me in the door. The impact the mindset techniques had on my thoughts, feelings and behaviours was so life changing, I wanted to train and earn qualifications in this “magic” and I knew this was the way to help others.
So NLP helped me find the door… transformational life coaching and hypnotherapy helped me find the key. And now, I help others to create their big dream vision, the big possibilities that can be waiting for them on the other side of the glass window, and the steps to get there. I help them unlock the door and enjoy the life they were destined for.
I've learned that when we are not living in alignment with our greater purpose, it creates a sense of disconnection and self doubt.
One of the most painful parts of that time in my life was the voice in my own head.
Who do you think you are to want something different?
You should be grateful.
You're not good enough to help others — you can’t even help yourself.
That voice kept me stuck for years until I realised that I didn't have to listen to it and I could master my own thoughts (thanks NLP). Also I didn’t have to wait until I felt ready or perfect - I just had to begin.
When I finally paused, not out of wisdom, but because my body forced me to, everything changed.
I started asking better questions:
What kind of life would truly fulfil me?
What am I here to contribute?
How can I connect back to the real me?
And slowly, I began to remember who I was.

We all come into this life with gifts, passions, I call them superpowers — but somewhere along the way, we learn to quiet them down. We prioritise security over soul.We get caught in DOING and forget how to BE.
But your purpose never leaves you. It waits patiently for the moment you’re ready to come home to yourself.
If You’ve Been Feeling It… That Pull Toward “More”…Please know that you’re not alone.
You’re not being “ungrateful.”You’re being called.
That quiet discomfort and that restlessness in your spirit? It’s trying to tell you something.
You’re not here to just survive and tick boxes. You’re here to really LIVE and to serve meaningfully. To feel connected, inspired, and FREE.
But no one teaches us how to do that.
If any of this resonates, take five quiet minutes today and ask yourself:
What part of me have I been ignoring?
Where am I pretending I’m okay, when I’m really not?
If I fully trusted everything would work out… what would I do next?
You don’t need to have all the answers yet but just be curious. The path to a more meaningful, fulfilling life doesn’t begin with a grand plan, it begins with making a decision:
I will no longer ignore the part of me that knows there’s more.
